Villa de Paz Golf Club is an 18-hole, parkland-style
golf course located on approximately 118 acres of
land within a residential community on the west side
of Phoenix, Arizona. The 6,641 yard, par-72
championship course was originally built in 1970 and
was remodeled in 2002.
Designed by Greg
Nash and Jeff Hardin, the course meanders through
tree-lined fairways where water comes into play on
ten of the golf holes.
Republic featured the golf club in an article and
noted the course was voted as the best, affordable
18 holes within the Valley of the Sun.
While the club has
primarily residential and commercial zoning, the
future of Villa de Paz Golf Club could be a
combination of golf, residential or multi-family
units and golf with agreement from the area
